Nothing is better than some Irish Cream and Coffee on Christmas morning. Over the years I have perfected the perfect iced coffee and have grown to prefer cold coffee over hot coffee! This holiday season give this Irish Cream Iced Coffee a try and be prepared to be OBSESSED!
What You’ll Need:
- 2 oz of Vanilla Vodka
- 2 oz of Five Farms Irish Cream
- 4 oz of Half & Half (or any dairy alternative)
- 5-6 cubes of frozen coffee or espresso – I prepare a few times a week! Simply brew coffee and let cool, pour into ice cube tray and pop into the freezer. No more watered down coffee drinks!
Directions:
- Add frozen coffee cubes to glass of your choice.
- Add Vodka, Irish Cream and Half & Half to a shaker with ice.
- Shake, shake, shake!
- Pour over frozen coffee and enjoy!
